HERTZ CAR SALES
This facility follows previous projects for the same client in Yakima, Bend, Medford and Pasco. As with the Medford facility, it consists of two buildings, an 8,900 sf main building for car rental and sales, and a 4,080 sf service building. Although the site near Salem's airport seems ideally suited for the dealership, numerous changes were required, including relocating a main roadway into the airport and building a new road to preserve access to hangar facilities behind the dealership.
